Payment Methods

In the event your auto-pay payment is declined for processing for any reason, your services will automatically be suspended within 24 hours of the declined payment. Your account will remain in the “Suspended” status for up to 15 days unless payment is made within this time. After 15 days, your account may be terminated and under our terms and conditions, you will be required to return the router equipment within 30 days of account suspension date. If the undamaged equipment is not returned within this time frame, the $189.00 equipment fee will be charged.
